Sr Service Configuration Management Specialist

The Sr Service Configuration Management Specialist will be part of a team responsible for governing the Configuration Management Database (CMDB), process improvement, and driving data quality within ITOM discovery. The role involves supporting leadership in CMDB implementation, educating stakeholders, reconciling data, and operating ITOM discovery tools. Collaboration with data owners and process stakeholders is crucial.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Computer Engineering, or equivalent
• Configuration Management experience
• Knowledge in basic server, network administration and other infrastructure domains
• Experience with ServiceNow CMDB and ITOM
• Experience in data analysis and management utilizing advanced Excel techniques
• Solid understanding of reporting
• Strong analytical, problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Passion for technology and staying updated with industry best practices
• Working knowledge of CSDM
• ITIL Foundations Certified
