Sr. ServiceNow Administrator

Tanium is seeking a Senior ServiceNow Administrator to manage and maintain the ServiceNow platform, ensuring its availability, performance, and security. This role involves working with business stakeholders, developers, and technical architects to develop and implement ServiceNow solutions. The position requires in-person attendance in either Addison, TX; Bellevue, WA; Durham, NC; Emeryville, CA; or Reston, VA.

Requirements

• Authorized to work in the US and future.
• Bachelor's degree (or equivalent) in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
• At least 5 years of experience as a ServiceNow administrator.
• Certified ServiceNow System Administrator (CSA).
• Strong knowledge of ServiceNow platform, architecture, and functionality.
• Proficient in JavaScript, HTML, CSS, XML, JSON, REST, and SOAP.
• Experience with ITIL processes and frameworks.
• Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Experience in Agile methodology and tools, such as Scrum, Jira, etc.
