Sr. ServiceNow Administrator

Tanium is seeking a Senior ServiceNow Administrator to manage their new ServiceNow platform and maintain its availability, performance, and security. The role involves administering, customizing, and maintaining ServiceNow applications, collaborating with stakeholders, and ensuring compliance with industry best practices. The company is looking to reinforce their 'Better together' partnership with Tanium.

Requirements

• Authorized to work in the US and in the future.
• Bachelor's degree (or equivalent) in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
• At least 5 years of experience as a ServiceNow administrator, preferably in a large and complex environment.
• Certified ServiceNow System Administrator (CSA).
• Strong knowledge of ServiceNow platform, architecture, and functionality.
• Proficient in JavaScript, HTML, CSS, XML, JSON, REST, and SOAP.
• Experience with ITIL processes and frameworks.
• Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Experience in Agile methodology and tools, such as Scrum, Jira, etc.
