- 5+ years of related experience
- ServiceNow Certified System Administrator or Engineer
- Strong understanding of ServiceNow modules and other platform capabilities
- Knowledgeable in applying ITIL best practices
- Implementing and maintaining secure ServiceNow solutions
- Familiarity with testing frameworks and scripting languages
- Familiarity with REST/SOAP integration
- Experience working in an Agile development environment
