- 5+ years of related experience
- ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (or equivalent)
- Strong understanding of ServiceNow modules (e.g., ITOM & ITSM)
- Knowledgeable in applying ITIL best practices
- Implementing and maintaining secure ServiceNow solutions
- Familiarity with testing and automation
- Experience working in an Agile development environment
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
