Sr. Site Reliability Engineer - ServiceNow

Visa is seeking a Senior Site Reliability Engineer (CMDB) for the ServiceNow platform to develop and maintain the core service and data management components. This role involves story implementation, data management, operational support, and enhancing ServiceNow capabilities. The position requires working in a hybrid model with office days and the ability to work remotely.

Requirements

• 2+ years of work experience with a Bachelor’s Degree or Advanced Degree
• 3+ years of work experience with a Bachelor’s Degree or more than 2 years of experience with an Advanced Degree (e.g. Masters, MBA, JD, MD, or PhD)
• 4+ years of ServiceNow development experience on Service Now Platform and CMDB
• Fluency in ServiceNow platform and its advanced features like CI/CD pipelines.
