Requirements
- 4+ years of experience supporting ServiceNow implementation, administration, configuration, and development.
- Strong expertise in ServiceNow SAM / SAM Pro and CMDB.
- Proficiency in ServiceNow scripting (Business Rules, Client Scripts, UI Builder, Scripted REST APIs, Script Includes).
- Experience with ServiceNow integrations (cloud-to-cloud and via MID servers).
- Familiarity with Web Services integration (SOAP, REST).
- Undergraduate degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or equivalent.
- Commitment to learning ServiceNow certifications (CSA, CAD, CIS-ITSM, CIS-SAM/SAM Pro preferred).
