  • Experience with ServiceNow integrations (cloud-to-cloud and via MID servers).
  • Familiarity with Web Services integration (SOAP, REST).
  • Undergraduate degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or equivalent.
  • Commitment to learning ServiceNow certifications (CSA, CAD, CIS-ITSM, CIS-SAM/SAM Pro preferred).
