Sr Staff Production Service Engineer

ServiceNow is seeking a Sr. Staff Operations Architecture Engineer to define and implement operational strategies for AI-enhanced technology, focusing on observability, supportability, process, tools, and automation. This role involves designing standards, leading reviews, providing technical leadership, and ensuring AI solutions align with GCO standards. The goal is to reduce engineering toil and MTTR by optimizing AI systems.

Requirements

• Leverage or critically think about how to integrate AI into work processes.
• 7+ years of hands-on experience in architecting and engineering large-scale infrastructure solutions.
• 7+ years of experience in environments involving commercial software engineering, distributed systems architecture, infrastructure, hardware platforms, databases, web, and application servers.
• Deep experience in the creation and ongoing improvement of operational standards.
