Requirements
- 4-7+ years' experience in software development in ServiceNow
- Hands-on experience working on ITOM (Discovery, Service Mapping, CMDB, CSDM, Event Management, Service Graph Connectors), HRSD (Employee Centre), ITSM Pro (Virtual Agent, Predictive Intelligence, Performance Analytics)
- Advanced ServiceNow Technical skills - Business Rules, Script Includes, Client scripts, UI Policies, ACLs, Import Sets, Transform maps, MID Server configuration
- Experience guiding junior developers
- Experience collaborating with Business Analyst and Architect to provide solutions and estimate level of effort
- Familiarity with Agile development practices and tools (e.g., Jira)
- Good communication skills and interpersonal skills
- Certifications: Certified ServiceNow Administrator, Certified Implementation Specialist in ITOM or HRSD or ITSM / Certified application developer
