Sr Software Quality Engineer

ServiceNow is seeking a Sr Software Quality Engineer to maintain automation test frameworks, collect metrics, and work with developers to design and automate testing strategies. The role involves troubleshooting application issues, creating test plans, and supporting engineering teams. ServiceNow focuses on intelligent cloud-based technology with over 8,100 customers.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience with quality assurance and Java programming with Selenium, JUnit and TestNG
• Fluency with scripting in JavaScript.
• Understanding of testing techniques (e.g. performance, unit, integration, automated), their strengths and weakness, and ability to use them to best effect
• Ability to use tools (such as IDE, debugger, build tools, source control, ServiceNow instances, profilers, system administration/Unix tools) to assist with daily tasks
