ServiceNow is seeking a Sr Software Quality Engineer to maintain and improve automated testing frameworks, collect quality metrics, and work with developers to design and automate testing strategies. This role involves troubleshooting application issues and supporting engineering teams with automation testing solutions. The position focuses on ensuring high-quality software delivery by automating the testing process.
Requirements
- Experience in leveraging or critically thinking about how to integrate AI into work processes.
- 5+ years of experience with quality assurance and Java programming with Selenium, JUnit and TestNG.
- Fluency with scripting in JavaScript.
- Understanding of testing techniques (e.g. performance, unit, integration, automated)
- Ability to use tools (such as IDE, debugger, build tools, source control, ServiceNow instances, profilers, system administration/Unix tools) to assist with daily tasks.
- Experience driving cross-team technical discussions with an understanding of SDLC concepts.
