Sr Software Quality Engineer

ServiceNow is seeking a Sr. Software Quality Engineer to maintain and improve automation test frameworks, collect and report quality metrics, and work with developers to design and automate testing strategies. The role involves troubleshooting issues in applications and developing strategies for new features.

Requirements

• Leveraging or critical thinking about AI integration in work processes.
• 5+ years of experience with quality assurance and Java programming.
• Fluency with scripting in JavaScript and experience with Eclipse, Jenkin, Maven, and Git.
• Understanding of testing techniques (performance, unit, integration, automated).
• Ability to use tools like IDE, debugger, build tools, and ServiceNow instances.
