Sr Solution Analyst, IT, Enterprise Applications

As a Sr Solution Analyst, IT, Enterprise Applications, you will play a crucial role in supporting and enhancing our ServiceNow platform. This involves working closely with stakeholders to understand business needs, analyze requirements, and design solutions that leverage ServiceNow capabilities to meet business needs. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in ServiceNow functionality, including ITSM, Source to Pay and HRSD modules.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience as a ServiceNow Solutions Analyst, with a focus on ITSM, HRSD and Source to Pay.
• Familiarity with Agile frameworks like Scrum, Azure Devops, and the ability to work within sprint cycles to prioritize and deliver requirements.
