The ServiceNow Partner Design Studio is seeking a Solution Architect to co-create offerings with strategic partners using an AI-first approach. The role involves designing and guiding AI-infused ServiceNow solutions to address real-world business challenges.
Requirements
- 8+ years in technical sales, pre-sales, solution architecture, or similar roles
- Significant experience working with technology partners, at either a partner or OEM level
- Strong grasp of cloud platform architecture including SaaS, PaaS, automation, and multi-tenancy
- Proven ability to guide partners through complex solution designs and business strategy discussions
- Deep curiosity and interest in AI technologies and emerging trends
- Clear communicator, comfortable engaging at the CxO level and translating complex topics into actionable insights
