Requirements

• 4–8 years' experience designing and delivering technical solutions in an enterprise environment (ideally HR tech, especially Workday).
• Technical skills in integration (REST & SOAP APIs, middleware), low-code/no-code (Workday Extend, ServiceNow, Power Platform), solution documentation, and scripting (Python, PowerShell).
• Business acumen, communication, collaboration, ownership, and agile experience.
