The Sr. Specialist, DocUnit Services is responsible for ensuring the effective and efficient support of controlled and non-controlled documents in Boehringer Ingelheim's electronic document management system. This role involves lifecycle management processes, quality assurance checks, and user support for documents related to the GLP and non-GLP standards.
Requirements
- Perform medium to complex lifecycle management processes using ServiceNow and e-DMS.
- Conduct quality assurance check of documents before approval.
- Ensure timely LCM execution and user support for Veeva Vault & IDEAforCON.
- Support projects and migration activities as needed.
- Participate in stakeholder meetings and alignment.
- Assist the Head of Doc Unit Services with MR Reporting and QA Coaching.
- Participate in Onboarding Training for New Hires.
Requirements Summary
Bachelor's degree in related field. Knowledge of GXP/GMP and DMS tools. Excellent process understanding & communication skills
