Sr. Staff Cloud Security Professional – Office of the CISO

ServiceNow is seeking a Cloud Security Professional for its Office of the CISO team to enhance security and communicate ServiceNow's security features to the world. The role focuses on safeguarding the security of ServiceNow's cloud-based AI Platform, collaborating with various teams to address customer questions and presentations, and advocating for cloud adoption and security. ServiceNow seeks a leader in security conversations, spearheading structural and design changes and collaborating cross-functionally.

Requirements

• Experience in integrating AI into work processes.
• 12+ years of experience in IT, 8+ in Cloud Security (Masters, PhD, or equivalent).
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Experience with Cloud Operations (customer or provider).
• Expertise in enterprise cyber defense.
• Understanding of ITIL/ITSM.
• Hands-on Security Incident Handling and remediation experience (a plus)
