The ServiceNow Security Organization (SSO) focuses on enhancing security, protecting customers, and communicating ServiceNow's security features to prospective and existing customers. They work closely with Sales, Legal, IT, and Product teams to address customer inquiries related to ServiceNow's cloud-based AI Platform.
Requirements
- Leverage AI to integrate with work processes.
- Provide pre- and post-sales support to ServiceNow's Sales Teams.
- Respond to customer questions about security concerns.
- Conduct security calls with customers.

- Lead cloud security conversations and security meetings.
Requirements Summary
