ServiceNow is seeking a Senior Product Manager to join the Impact Product Management team, focusing on infusing GenAI into Value Management capabilities. This role involves defining the product strategy, collaborating with internal teams, and driving the end-to-end lifecycle of Generative AI platform solutions for Value Management. The ideal candidate is a results-oriented leader with a strong analytical and communication skills.

Requirements

  • Define and drive the product strategy and roadmap for Value Management solutions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize value-driven features and enhancements.
  • Develop frameworks and methodologies to measure and communicate product value.
  • Partner with engineering, design, and research to build robust, scalable platform components.

Requirements Summary

Bachelor's degree. 10+ yrs experience in enterprise software product management. 5+ yrs in Value Management. Strong AI/ML understanding & analytical skills
