This role focuses on defining product narratives, pitching the suite to enterprise executives, and building cross-functional roadmaps for success. The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker, customer-focused, and strong in product strategy and execution.
Requirements
- 10+ years in outbound product management, GTM strategy, or product marketing principal roles
- Deep Enterprise Service Management (ESM) knowledge, especially ITSM, HR services, and cross-departmental workflows
- Proven ability to pitch complex SaaS solutions to CIOs and senior executives
- Strong collaboration experience with enterprise sales teams
- Expertise in packaging, pricing, positioning, and product differentiation
