Sr Systems Analyst (Citrix VDA, powershell, Sql)

Altera Digital Health is seeking a Sr Systems Analyst to join their team. The ideal candidate will have experience in Citrix Support, technical certifications, and excellent communication skills.

Requirements

• 6+ years of experience in Citrix Support
• Basic knowledge of ITIL framework
• Experienced in Citrix VDA installation and support
• Skilled in Citrix Application Delivery Management (ADC)
• Good knowledge on Citrix Storefront, Delivery Controllers, WEM and profile management
• Hands on Experience on HDX/Edge Computer Optimization, Citrix Provisioning and Machine creation.
• Should have experience in Multifactor authentication
• Good Verbal and written communication skills
• Working experience on ServiceNow and Power BI
• Ability to automate repetitive tasks
• Experience in automation or power shell scripting would be an added advantage
• Basic database understanding (SQL)
• Experienced in Application support or Quality Analyst
• Should be able to communicate with Project Managers and other technical leads
