Sr Tanium Endpoint Engineer

AHEAD builds platforms for digital business, prioritizing cloud infrastructure, automation, and analytics. They are seeking a highly skilled Sr. Tanium Endpoint Engineer to leverage the platform to deliver exceptional endpoint management and security services to diverse clients. This role involves automation, patching, and comprehensive documentation. Experience with SCCM is a plus.

Requirements

• 5+ years of hands-on experience with Tanium, including deployment, configuration, and daily operations in enterprise environments.
• Proven experience in automating endpoint management tasks using Tanium and scripting languages (e.g., PowerShell, Python, etc.).
• Deep understanding and practical experience in endpoint management methodologies and best practices utilizing Tanium.
• Strong knowledge of endpoint security principles and practices.
• Solid understanding of Windows, macOS, and Linux operating systems.
• Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and projects in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience with Microsoft System Center Configuration Manager (SCCM/MECM) is a significant plus.
• Experience with ServiceNow (especially for integrations like incident management, CMDB, or automation workflows) is a preferred.
• Experience with Elastic Observability (Elastic Stack/ELK Stack for logging, monitoring, and analytics) is a plus.
• Experience in developing automation workflows using Automate module for tasks such as software distribution, patching, and compliance management.
• Familiarity with ITIL frameworks.
