The Sr Technical Architect - ServiceNow Architect, CSM, CSDM & ITOM will design and architect scalable platform architectures for ITSM, CSM, CMDB, and ITOM solutions, translate business and ITIL requirements into robust ServiceNow designs, and establish coding standards and best practices. The role will also involve developing and delivering complex integrations, automation solutions, and leading technical workshops and design sessions with stakeholders.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, IT, or related field
  • 10–13 years of IT experience, with hands-on experience with ServiceNow implementation and development
  • Strong expertise in ITSM, CSM, CMDB, ITOM, with exposure to HRSD or Security Operations as a plus
  • Deep proficiency in Glide scripting, JavaScript, Flow Designer, and IntegrationHub
  • Proven experience designing and delivering end-to-end integrations (REST/SOAP, API, LDAP, SSO, OAuth)
  • Experience in CMDB and Discovery (data model, reconciliation, service mapping)
  • Experience in ITOM (Event Management, Discovery, Service Mapping)
  • Solid understanding of ITIL processes and ability to apply them in ServiceNow solutions
  • Hands-on experience with Service Portal, Workspace, and UI Builder
  • Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines, automated testing, Agile/DevOps practices
  • Strong communication, stakeholder management, and leadership skills
  • ServiceNow certifications - CSA, CIS–ITSM and any other CIS certification strongly preferred
