As a Sr. Technical Consultant, you will be a functional and technical expert in ServiceNow's Core Business Transformation Solutions, working with customers to configure and optimize their ServiceNow products, and driving business outcomes. The role requires strong technical expertise, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and experience in leveraging AI in work processes.
Requirements
- At least 3+ years of configuring/developing ServiceNow.
- Experience in leveraging or critically thinking about how to integrate AI into work processes, decision-making, or problem-solving.
- ServiceNow certifications such as a current ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) certification, and relevant ServiceNow Solution-Specific Certified Implementation Specialist/Accreditation designations.
