Sr. Technical Consultant/Developer ServiceNow Finance & Supply Chain Solutions (Source-to-Pay)

As a Sr. Technical Consultant/Developer, you will be a functional and technical expert in ServiceNow Finance & Supply Chain Solutions, working with customers to optimize and leverage ServiceNow best practices, and leading customer design workshops and project delivery. You will develop required integration components, develop and enhance UI and mobile components, and prepare customer-facing deliverables. The role requires at least 3+ years of configuration/development experience in complex global organizations in Finance, Supply Chain, and/or Source-to-Pay operations/technology departments.

Requirements

• At least 3+ years of configuration/development experience in complex global organizations in Finance, Supply Chain, and/or Source-to-Pay operations/technology departments
• Preferably at least 2+ years of configuring/developing ServiceNow while holding ServiceNow certifications such as a current ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) certification, ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD) certification, and Finance & Supply Chain related Solution Accreditations
• Demonstrated ability to influence and consult in Finance, Supply Chain and/or Source-to-Pay organizations, while providing thought leadership to sponsors/stakeholders in solving business process and/or technical problems
• Strong understanding with leading Finance, Supply Chain and/or Source-to-Pay related systems and tools such as SAP ECC, SAP S/4HANA, SAP Ariba, Coupa, Ivalua, Oracle Procurement Cloud, etc.
• Experience with Web Technologies (HTML, JavaScript, Web Services, Bootstrap, CSS, middleware, LDAP, SSO, etc.) and working with SaaS technologies
• Strong programming skills
• Experience in designing & building scalable web services.
• Proficiency in web technologies like XML, REST, and JSON.
• Exceptional debugging, testing, and problem-solving skills.
• Strong interpersonal skills, customer-centric attitude, ability to deal with cultural diversity
