Sr. Technical Consultant (Developer), ServiceNow HR and Workplace Service Delivery Solutions

ServiceNow is seeking a Sr. Technical Consultant for ServiceNow HR and Workplace Service Delivery Solutions to drive customer business outcomes through consulting, configuration, and solution delivery. This role focuses on optimizing ServiceNow best practices with a strong emphasis on customer engagement and providing technical guidance on complex processes. The position requires strong consulting skills, integration knowledge, and a customer-centric approach.

Requirements

• U.S. Citizenship with a U.S. Public Trust security clearance
• 3+ years of ServiceNow configuration/development experience
• At least 5+ years of configuration/development experience for complex, highly-capable HR, Workplace/Facilities & Legal technologies
• Demonstrated ability to influence and consult
• Experience with Web Technologies (XML, HTML, JavaScript, Web Services, Bootstrap, CSS, middleware, LDAP, SSO, etc.)
• Strong understanding of leading HR, IWMS, and/or Legal systems
• Strong interpersonal skills and team building abilities
