ServiceNow is seeking a Sr. Technical Consultant (Developer) to join their ServiceNow HR and Workplace Service Delivery Solutions team. This role focuses on customer engagement, configuring ServiceNow products, and driving business outcomes through solutions like HRSD, WSD, and LSD. The consultant will provide technical guidance, lead workshops, and assist customers throughout the project lifecycle.
Requirements
- Must be a U.S. Citizen with ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. Public Trust security clearance.
- At least 3+ years of configuring/developing ServiceNow or equivalent solutions (e.g., Workday, Oracle/PeopleSoft).
- At least 5+ years of configuration/development experience for HR, Workplace/Facilities & Legal technologies.
- Demonstrated ability to influence and consult with customers.
- Experience with Web Technologies and working with SaaS technologies.
- Strong understanding of leading HR, IWMS, and/or Legal systems.
Requirements Summary
