ServiceNow is seeking a Technical Consultant (TC) for the ServiceNow Expert Services Team to support customers with ServiceNow Core Business Transformation Products. This role involves consulting with customers, configuring solutions, providing system guidance, and leading customer design workshops. It is a hybrid position requiring a US Citizen with security clearance to obtain and maintain a U.S. Public Trust security clearance.
Requirements
- U.S. Citizenship with security clearance
- 3+ years of ServiceNow configuration/development experience (CSA, HR, Workplace/Facilities, Legal) with integrated systems and portals
- Demonstrated ability to influence and consult (business process & technical solutions)
- Strong understanding of leading HR, IWMS, and Legal technologies like Workday, Oracle, SAP, etc.
