This role is for a Technical Consultant (TC) focused on ServiceNow's HR and Workplace Service Delivery Solutions within a Customer Engagement Team. The TC will optimize and leverage ServiceNow best practices, helping customers improve processes and achieve their business goals. The role involves consulting with customers, configuring solutions, guiding workshops, and delivering effective documentation.

Requirements

  • Must be a U.S. Citizen with ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. Public Trust security clearance
  • At least 3+ years of configuring/developing ServiceNow or equivalent solutions
  • At least 5+ years of configuration/development experience for complex, highly-capable, HR, Workplace/Facilities & Legal technologies
  • Demonstrated ability to influence and consult with customers
  • Strong understanding with Web Technologies and working with SaaS technologies
  • Strong interpersonal skills and customer-centric attitude
