Job description
ServiceNow is seeking a Sr. Technical Consultant, Security Operation Workflow Products Expert Implementation Services. The successful candidate will work with customers to drive consumption, adoption, and customer satisfaction and help them grow their business on the ServiceNow platform. The role involves consulting with customers, configuring ServiceNow Security Operations products, and leading customer design workshops.
Requirements
- Current ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) certification
- Relevant Solution-Specific Certified Implementation Specialist designations (e.g., CIS-SIR, CIS-VR, CIS-CSM, etc.) and/or Micro-Certifications
- At least 3 years of configuration/development experience for complex, highly-capable, technologies
- Experience with Web Technologies (XML, HTML, JavaScript, Web Services, Bootstrap, CSS, middleware, LDAP, SSO, etc.)
- SaaS technologies
