Credence is seeking a ServiceNow Developer/Architect to support large-scale digital modernization efforts for mission-critical Department of Defense (DoD) systems. The role involves designing, developing, testing, and maintaining ServiceNow applications, collaborating with stakeholders, and ensuring application stability and reliability. The position is based in McLean, VA or Dayton, OH.
Requirements
- Participate in the design, development, and configuration of ServiceNow applications.
- Support sustainment lifecycle management activities across program and project operations.
- Collaborate with systems analysts, designers, and stakeholders to translate requirements into ServiceNow specifications.
- Develop, modify, and document ServiceNow application code, workflows, and integrations.
- Conduct unit testing, functional testing, and regression testing.
- Implement and enforce best practices for ServiceNow development, security, and sustainment.
Requirements Summary
Bachelor's degree in tech. 8 years of experience in application development. ServiceNow development experience is required. Experience in Agile/Scrum and sustainment lifecycle. IT-II security clearance or NACLC a plus
