This role involves supporting customer processes, identifying gaps, providing training, and leading project delivery within a collaborative, inclusive environment. Requirements
- Canadian Citizen
- Bilingual (English/French) – advanced proficiency in both spoken and written communication
- Current ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) certification, and CIS-VR or CIS-SIR micro-certifications
- At least 5 years of configuration/development experience for complex, highly-capable, technologies
- Demonstrated ability to influence and consult in SecOps environment
- Experience with Web Technologies and SaaS technologies
