ServiceNow is seeking a Sr. Technical Consultant, Security Operations (SecOps) Workflow Products Expert Implementation Services to work with customers to drive consumption, adoption, and customer satisfaction and ultimately help them grow their business on the ServiceNow platform. The role requires a technical expert with experience in configuration and development of complex technologies, including integrations and portals, and a strong understanding of SecOps and related systems and tools. The ideal candidate will have a current ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) certification and at least 5 years of experience in configuration/development of complex technologies.

Requirements

  • Canadian Citizen required
  • Bilingual (English/French) – advanced proficiency in both spoken and written communication is preferred
  • Current ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) certification
  • At least 5 years of configuration/development experience for complex, highly-capable, technologies – inclusive of integrations and portals
  • Demonstrated ability to influence and consult (providing options with pros, cons and risks) in an SecOps environment
  • Experience with Web Technologies (XML, HTML, JavaScript, Web Services, Bootstrap, CSS, middleware, LDAP, SSO, etc.) and working with SaaS technologies
  • Strong understanding with leading SecOps and related systems and tools such as SecOps
  • Strong interpersonal skills, customer-centric attitude, ability to deal with cultural diversity
