ServiceNow is seeking a Sr Technical Program Manager to lead the DevSecOps team in building, integrating, and scaling security services to simplify security activities for internal customers. The role involves articulating security tooling services, integrations, and automations, prioritizing work, and managing the team's backlog.
Requirements
- 5 years' experience as a TPM or Scrum Product Owner providing DevSecOps services and integrations.
- 2 years' experience leading OKR planning, reviews and retrospectives with teams.
- Excellent organizational skills, solid attention to detail and proven project management skills.
- Proven success in working collaboratively, improving efficiency, and crafting/coordinating the implementation of ideas.
- Excellent teamwork, interpersonal and communication skills with demonstrated ability to partner with teams across the company.
- Ability to develop and propose potential solutions and plans for next steps, exhibiting confidence in anticipating obstacles and the consequences of decisions to drive projects forward.
