The Senior Software Analyst will configure and setup UKG Pro WFM, deliver functional solutions, and lead operational delivery of application support. The role requires 5–8 years of experience in software systems analysis, with a strong focus on UKG WFM Pro system configuration and support.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Human Resources, or a related field—or equivalent experience
- 5–8 years of experience in software systems analysis, with a strong focus on UKG WFM Pro system configuration and support
- Technical proficiency in: UKG WFM Pro configuration and workflow design, Service management tools (e.g., ServiceNow, Jira), SQL and API calls
