ServiceNow is seeking a Staff Agentic Software Engineer to lead the design and engineering of next-generation human-AI experiences for the Global Cloud Services OODP Team. This role focuses on building intuitive and trustworthy interfaces for AI-powered observability products, partnering with designers, product managers, and other stakeholders. The engineer will drive strategy, design, and execution of AI-powered observability products, and mentor teams.

Requirements

  • Proven experience designing and delivering AI-powered user experiences.
  • Hands-on expertise with AI orchestration frameworks.
  • Strong knowledge of UX principles.
