ServiceNow is seeking a Senior AI Analytics Product Manager (Sales) to join the GTM Sales and Partner Analytics team. This role focuses on leveraging data-driven insights to drive efficiency gains in sales, as well as product management of AI models and activation with sales/partner teams. The position requires strategic thinking, strong communication skills, and a passion for creating innovative mathematical frameworks to understand trends and drive business outcomes.
Requirements
- 8+ years of experience within a GTM function (Channel Partnerships or Sales, or Customer Success)
- 8 years of experience in a data-informed field (e.g., Mathematics, Computer Science, Statistics, Engineering, Business, or a related field)
- Prior experience in a Sales / Partner strategy domain is a must
- Proven track record of using data to drive business actions
- Skills in Tableau, Power BI
- Experience with product development and agile scrum teams
- Strong SQL skills desired
- Experience with Python, R, and Azure ML is a plus
