The Staff Assistant III position at the Heravi Peace Institute (HPI) in the College of Arts & Sciences provides administrative and program support to directors and key personnel, assisting with day-to-day operations, event coordination, communications, and curriculum and grant activities. The role supports the smooth execution of the HPI’s programs and initiatives, including both curriculum and research activities.
Requirements
- Four years of experience
- Four years of experience, or equivalent academic completion
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Experience with Coursedog, Argos, Qualtrics, Banner, and ServiceNow (preferred)
