The role involves partnering with cross-functional teams to ensure data quality, compliance, and a data-driven culture, serving as a product owner for internal platforms and coordinating policies. This position will help ServiceNow deliver a delightful, secure customer and employee experience.

Requirements

  • Experience in integrating AI into work processes and data-driven decisions
  • 8+ years of experience in data governance, data quality, or metadata management
  • Strong experience working cross-functionally
  • Proficiency in SQL and Python, with experience using Snowflake
  • Skilled in reporting and dashboard creation using Power BI
  • Deep understanding of data governance principles
