Staff Engineer, ERP Workday Consultant

Narro.com is a Digital Product Engineering company seeking a Staff Engineer, ERP Workday Consultant to join their growing team. This role focuses on providing technical leadership and support for Workday implementations, leveraging existing enterprise systems and integrating new solutions.

Requirements

• Total experience 7+ years
• Hands-on experience in one or more Workday modules (HCM, Core HR, Payroll, Financials, Talent Management, Benefits, Time Tracking, or Absence Management)
• Proficiency with Workday tools (EIBs, Core Connectors, Report Writer, Calculated Fields)
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills for functional and technical issues
• Understanding of security administration and user access management in Workday
• Familiarity with ticketing systems such as ServiceNow, JIRA, or similar
• Experience in both greenfield implementations and production support
• Exposure to global HR, payroll, and finance processes
• Excellent communication skills
