Staff Engineer position at Nagarro for ServiceNow development with expertise in APM, CSM Module, and HRSD. Must have 7+ years of experience and ServiceNow SPM module certification.

Requirements

  • Experience 7+ years
  • Strong experience in ServiceNow Development specializing in APM, CSM Module and HRSD.
  • Hands-on experience in ServiceNow integrations with third-party systems.
  • Experience in either of other modules i.e. ITOM or GRC or HRSD and ITIL knowledge.
  • Candidate should have ServiceNow SPM module certification.
  • Demonstrated experience in implementing ServiceNow integrations with third-party platforms.
  • Strong understanding of ITIL principles
  • Ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions
  • Develop and implement technical solutions and conduct component Integration Tests.
  • Configure ServiceNow using scripting (UI Policies/Actions, Business Rules, Client Scripts, Jelly scripting, Angular JS)
  • Experience in communicating effectively with users, other technical teams, and management to collect requirements, describe software product features, and technical designs
  • Mentoring the team members to meet the client's needs and holding them accountable for high standards of delivery detail.
