Staff Inbound Product Manager - Platform Security

ServiceNow is seeking a Staff Inbound Product Manager specializing in AI-driven Security and Data Protection for their Platform. This role focuses on defining data integrity, log observability, and code security capabilities, leveraging AI and analytics to detect anomalies, surface insights, and strengthen protection postures for enterprise customers. The ideal candidate will be passionate about secure code, data governance, and AI for enhanced security.

Requirements

• 9+ years of product management experience in data security, and/or platform observability
• Hands-on familiarity with log pipelines, data governance, and code security practices
• Experience integrating or evaluating AI-powered tools for log analysis, data integrity validation etc.
• Understanding of security event data models, data lineage, and access control frameworks
• Strong product execution and prioritization skills
• Customer-centric mindset with technical acumen
• Excellent communication skills
• Experience with compliance and data protection standards such as SOC 2, NIST, ISO 27001, or GDPR
