As a Product Manager on the Authentication team at ServiceNow, you'll shape how every single customer securely accesses our platform — from Fortune 500 enterprises to public sector organizations. You'll own products at the heart of our security foundation, including login, MFA, SSO, and zero trust access, influencing billions of secure transactions globally.
Requirements
- 9+ years of experience in Identity and Access Management (IAM) or platform security
- Hands-on involvement in authentication protocols such as SAML, OIDC, MFA, or certificate-based auth
- Experience working on zero trust security models or adaptive authentication systems
- Familiarity with compliance frameworks (e.g., NIST, SOC 2, ISO 27001) and how they influence authentication design
- Prior experience in a SaaS or enterprise platform environment, especially involving developer-facing products or APIs
- Strong prioritization skills and the discipline to focus on high impact activities
- Experience defining and capturing product requirements and transforming them into a product roadmap
- Deep curiosity about customer needs, along with building customer relationships and delivering customer-centric solutions
