Staff Java Full Stack Engineer - Gen AI

ServiceNow is seeking a full stack Java Engineer to join the Knowledge Graph, Platform Engineering group. This role involves architecting AI solutions, improving user experience, and leveraging advanced NLP techniques to provide intelligent enterprise services. The team focuses on creating personalized data based on business questions and integrating with various AI/ML solutions.

Requirements

• Experience with method of training and fine-tuning large language models
• 8+ years of experience in architecting and implementing complex Enterprise applications
• Advanced knowledge with data structures, algorithms, object-oriented design, design patterns, and performance/scale considerations
• Deep competence in prompt engineering, fine-tuning, and optimising LLM performance
• Proven ability to transform complex LLM concepts into commercial value
• Expertise in Java or Python, JS, OOP, Design Patterns, time and space-efficient algorithms
• Ability to work with Senior Architects, Leaders and other BUs to drive a technical solution
• Quick learner in upcoming technologies
