ServiceNow is seeking a Staff Machine Learning Engineer to lead the design, development, and implementation of AI-driven solutions within the AI Agents Engineering platform team. This role focuses on building enterprise-level platforms with advanced NLP and LLM powered applications, providing technical leadership and driving innovation in areas like agent memory and orchestration. The engineer will be responsible for solution delivery, mentorship, and staying current with the latest advancements in LLM technologies.
Requirements
- Experience with large language model training and fine-tuning methods (distillation, supervised fine-tuning, policy optimization).
- Experience with AI Productivity tools (Cursor, Windsurf).
- 8+ years of experience designing and implementing complex enterprise applications with conversational AI and NLP platforms.
- Experience developing LLM-based features and prompt engineering.
- Strong development skills in Java and Python.
- Expertise in LLM-powered applications (LangChain, LangGraph, OpenAI/Anthropic APIs).
