Staff Machine Learning Engineer

ServiceNow is seeking a talented Staff Machine Learning Engineer to join the Knowledge Graph and Platform Engineering group. This role involves architecting AI solutions, driving user experience and workflow efficiency, and collaborating with product owners and engineers to build a scalable AI/ML platform. The ideal candidate will have strong knowledge in large language models and experience with cloud-based AI/ML solutions.

Requirements

• Experience with training and fine-tuning large language models.
• 8+ years of experience in architecting and implementing complex Enterprise applications.
• Advanced knowledge with data structures, algorithms, object-oriented design, and design patterns.
• Experience in developing enterprise-scale conversational AI platforms.
• Deep competence in prompt engineering, fine-tuning, and optimising LLM performance.
• Expertise in Java or Python, JS, OOP, Design Patterns, time and space-efficient algorithms.
• Lead the development of PoCs and applied research prototypes.
