Staff MLOps Engineer

ServiceNow is seeking a driven and skilled MLOps Engineer to join its AI Platform team. The role focuses on democratizing AI and Machine Learning for internal teams, maximizing their success in building AI/ML products and ensuring operationalization and reliability of AI systems. This internal solution architect role contributes to the MLOps of the platform, working with teams to enhance their AI/ML initiatives.

Requirements

• 8+ years of related experience with a Bachelor's degree, Masters degree or PhD or equivalent work experience.
• 8+ years of experience working with an object-oriented programming language (Scala, Python, Java, C/C++, etc.).
• Ability to design and implement MLOps with Databricks.
• Strong knowledge of Python standard libraries and productionalizing Python libraries and applications.
• Experience with Git and GitHub.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to mentor engineers.
