The ideal candidate will have 7+ years of relevant design experience, a portfolio demonstrating human-centered design skills, and experience in integrating AI into work processes.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of relevant design experience
  • Experience in leveraging or critically thinking about how to integrate AI into work processes, decision-making, or problem-solving
  • Experience in developing frameworks and principles to standardize and guide cross-team work and successfully bring a product design from conception to launch with minimal supervision
