Staff Public Cloud and ServiceNow Integration Engineer at ServiceNow. Requirements

• Experience in leveraging or critically thinking about how to integrate AI into work processes, administration, or problem-solving.
• 8+ years of experience in ServiceNow platform administration, development and integrating it with cloud providers (Azure, AWS and GCP) is a must
• Hands-on experience in managing ServiceNow CMDB
• Proven experience in designing, developing, and implementing integrations using various ServiceNow integrations methods – REST, JDBC, MID Servers etc.
• Solid understanding of API concepts, data formats (XML, JSON), and authentication protocols (OAuth, SAML)
• Hands-on experience in managing large public cloud environments (Azure, AWS, GCP) and solid understanding of cloud concepts and their integration services
• Proficiency in scripting languages relevant to ServiceNow (e.g.: JavaScript, GlideScript)
• Contribute to the overall health, stability, and performance of the ServiceNow platform
• Assist in platform upgrades, patching, and maintenance activities
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
• Ability to understand and communicate complex technical systems
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
• Works well in a team environment
