Staff Public Cloud Security Engineer

Staff Public Cloud Security Engineer at ServiceNow. Responsible for building and operationalizing cloud security tools, suggesting security improvements, and creating and presenting functional and technical designs.

Requirements

• Experience in leveraging or critically thinking about how to integrate AI into work processes, decision-making, or problem-solving.
• A Computer Science/Engineering degree with 8+ years of proven, related experience is required
• Experience in Python, Bash/Shell Scripting and/or JavaScript/TypeScript
• Terraform experience is preferred, but not required
• Experience in infrastructure templating tools like AWS CloudFormation, and equivalents.
• Experience with containerization on Cloud, AKS or EKS (Dedicated/Managed/Serverless Kubernetes).
• Experience implementing cloud native security tools like AWS Guard Duty or Azure Security Center.
• Experience implementing Cloud Security Posture Management toolset.
• Practical knowledge of AWS or Azure foundation services related to compute, network, storage, content delivery, administration and security, deployment and management, automation technologies
