Staff Red Team Engineer

ServiceNow is seeking a highly skilled Staff Red Team Engineer to deliver innovative security solutions to reduce risk and protect customers. This role involves executing complex red team engagements, identifying vulnerabilities, and contributing to a culture of continuous security improvement. The engineer will work with security and development teams to prioritize and remediate vulnerabilities in systems and applications.

Requirements

• Proven experience in red teaming and/or penetration testing within large organizations.
• Strong technical skills in offensive security with experience testing public cloud, Kubernetes, Active Directory, and Generative AI systems.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to effectively engage with stakeholders.
• Demonstrated ability to create detailed test plans and lead complex testing engagements.
• A proactive mindset and passion for driving change.
• Minimum 8 years of related experience, a Masters degree with 6 years of experience in cyber security.
• Deep understanding of cyber security principles.
