Staff ServiceNow Developer

ServiceNow Security Organization (SSO) is seeking an experienced ServiceNow Developer/Architect to lead the design, development, and optimization of ServiceNow solutions. This role focuses on reducing risk, protecting customers and internal systems, and fostering a positive employee experience within a rapidly growing, AI-enhanced cloud platform.

Requirements

• Experience in ServiceNow platform capabilities, architecture, and performance optimization.
• Deep understanding of ServiceNow platform capabilities and their role in securing data and workloads.
• Strong JavaScript, Glide API, Service Portal, REST/SOAP integrations, and JELLY scripting skills.
• Experience with Next Experience UI, Playbooks, and designing/building Scoped Applications.
• Experience with ServiceNow best practices, security models, upgrade strategies, and instance governance.
• Demonstrated experience in unit testing, ATF implementation, and Jasmine test bundles.
• Experience in designing and implementing complex discovery patterns for Kubernetes or Cloud Native Operations.
• Excellent problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
