Requirements
- Minimum 8 years of experience
- Masters degree with 6 years ServiceNow development experience
- Deep understanding of ServiceNow platform capabilities
- Experience with JavaScript, Glide API, Service Portal, REST/SOAP integrations, and JELLY scripting
- Experience with Next Experience UI, Playbooks, and designing/building Scoped Applications
- Experience with ServiceNow best practices, security models, upgrade strategies, and instance governance
